Trebound started in Bangalore running facilitated team-building events — designing the activities and standing in the room, not brokering vendors. That founding choice still defines us: we deliver what we sell.
Venues, destinations, whole offsites
Clients kept asking the same question: "can you also handle the resort, the buses, the food?" We built the venue network and the ops muscle to say yes — and became the single partner for the whole offsite.
Virtual formats, real engagement
When offices closed, we rebuilt our formats for Zoom in weeks — live-hosted trivia, mysteries and cook-alongs that kept distributed teams connected through the strangest years of their working lives.

We inspect before we recommend
Every venue on our shortlists has hosted a Trebound event or passed our site inspection. We've eaten the buffet and tested the projector.
Facilitated means we're in the room
Our crews run the event on the ground — activities, kitchens, DJs, contingencies. Your team participates; nobody from your side ‘coordinates.’
We'll tell you when not to buy
Wrong venue for your seniority mix, hybrid not worth the AV cost, activity too short to land — we say so before you pay, because repeat clients are the business model.
