Job Description: Trebound.com, an innovator in experiential learning and outbound training, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outdoor Operations Executive. This role is integral in orchestrating our outbound programs, with a focus on ensuring exceptional and memorable experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in outdoor settings and has a flair for organization, logistics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Facilitation:

  1. Lead and manage outbound training programs effectively.
  2. Uphold high standards of safety and quality in program execution.
  3. Collaborate with facilitators and clients to tailor programs to their needs and expectations.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

  1. Oversee procurement processes for essential equipment and materials.
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  3. Negotiate terms and oversee vendor performance for quality assurance and cost-effectiveness.

Ground Staff Management:

  1. Direct and coordinate the activities of ground staff during programs.
  2. Train and guide staff to ensure efficient and safe program delivery.
  3. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and organizational standards.

Preparation and Setup:

  1. Organize and prepare for outbound activities, including equipment arrangement and readiness.
  2. Manage all logistical aspects, ensuring all elements are in place for successful program execution.

Travel Management:

  1. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for participants and staff, including transportation and accommodations.
  2. Ensure all travel plans align with program schedules and requirements.
  3. Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies.

Client Interaction:

  1. Engage with clients for feedback and to ensure satisfaction with the programs.
  2. Promptly address any client concerns or issues during the programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in outdoor operations, event management, or related roles.
  • Proficient in negotiation, vendor, and travel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working in a dynamic outdoor environment.
  • Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and variable work schedules, including weekends.
