CALL IT OUR MAGIC WAND, THE INTERLOCKER ACTIVITY IS AMONG THE MOST POWERFUL TOOLS OF OUR OUTBOUND PROGRAM. HERE, 15 INTERLOCKING PLANKS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH TEAM, AND THEY HAVE TO ASSEMBLE IT TOGETHER AS PER THE BLUE PRINT.
In this activity, members are divided into teams and given 15 interlocking planks. With the help of the blueprint, they have to come up with a clear-cut strategy and put it into action in order to fetch desirable results. Teams make several attempts to put the unit together.

Effective communication plays a vital role in the seamless execution of any project. Here, members learn the value to communicating coherently across various levels and sections in order to execute their task without a glitch. This understanding gets carried on to the workplace as well.
Process improvement
Due to the complexity of the task, members have to make several attempts to get their unit together. Each time they fail or something goes wrong, they have to re-evaluate their process and come up with a better and improved strategy. It gives members the confidence that even if things do not go their way initially, they can eventually yield favorable results through constant process improvement.
Working towards common goals
As the pressure of executing the task increases, the members automatically forget about their individual differences and grudges and work together as a team to achieve a common goal. This understanding translates into the office scenario as well.
