IN THIS ACTIVITY, A TEAM HAS TO PREPARE THEIR OWN WINE USING MONO-GRAPE WINES AND USE THE INSTRUCTIONS AND LEARNING GIVEN BY AN OENOLOGIST TO COMMERCIALIZE THEIR WINES.
In this activity, the team members are given mono-grape wines like Pinot Noir, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo to blend and come up with their own wine. They are also given suitable instructions that help them to look for ways and means to commercialize the wines blended by them. The winning team is selected as per the best tasting wine and the best business strategy. Since it is blind tasting, the teams sometimes vote against their own wines thus only the team with the best wine gets to win the game.

Blending a perfect wine using other wine options given to the team requires creative skills. The team must ensure there is a balanced taste in wine, it is not too sweet nor too bitter and has just the perfect taste. Moreover, they also need to be creative to ensure its commercial success.

Once the wine has been created and business strategy decided for its commercialization, it needs to be presented in such a way that it garners the attention of prospective buyers.
