Overview

Holey Pipes is a hands-on challenge with a simple, maddening premise: teams have to transport water through a length of pipe riddled with holes, from a source to a target, without losing more than they can afford. There are more holes than hands, so cooperation is not optional.

The catch forces immediate teamwork. With every hole a potential leak, teams have to allocate people, plug what they can, and coordinate the flow of water in a rush, learning fast that individual effort is useless without a shared plan and constant communication.

It is energetic, a little chaotic and genuinely funny, and it delivers a clear lesson about resource allocation and interdependence. Teams that plan their coverage and communicate calmly beat the ones that panic, every time.
