Before you book a venue
Day-outing packages at vetted resorts typically run ₹1,100–₹1,800 per person including buffet lunch, activity areas and pool access. Overnight offsites range ₹2,600–₹7,500 per person per night depending on the property tier — every quote is itemised before you commit.
Our team inspects properties in person and re-verifies after every event we run there. We check group-handling capacity, kitchen scale, conference readiness, activity space and safety — venues that slip get delisted.
A proper hall with AV, reliable Wi-Fi load-tested for your group size, whiteboards and breakout space — not a repurposed dining hall. We flag genuine conference readiness on every shortlist we send.
2–3 weeks for day outings near your city; 4–6 weeks for multi-day offsites. October–February weekends at popular properties fill 8+ weeks out.
Yes — that’s the default. Venue, transport, meals, facilitated activities and an on-ground coordinator come as one package with one invoice. You can also book venue-only if you prefer.
