The Beat Box Challenge gets teams making music with nothing but their voices. Guided by a facilitator, participants learn to layer vocal beats, rhythms and sound effects, then combine them into an original track built collaboratively by the whole team.
It starts with simple building blocks, a kick, a snare, a hum, and grows as each person adds their layer. The magic is in the combination: individual sounds that mean little alone become a full, driving rhythm when the team locks in together.
