THIS IS A CULINARY CHALLENGE GIVEN TO THE TEAM MEMBERS WHO HAVE TO TRAIN UNDER A CHEF AND MEMORIZE TECHNIQUES TO PREPARE A DISH ON THEIR OWN AND PLATE IT IMPRESSIVELY IN FRONT OF JUDGES FOR THEIR EVALUATION.
In this challenge, the team participants learn Thai cooking under an experienced chef. They are taught a lot of things right from making sauces to elaborate dishes. Once learned, the team is expected to prepare a dish on their own using the techniques learned by them and plate it for judge’s evaluation which considers factors like presentation, taste, techniques, and focus on health and hygiene standards.

This activity helps a team to come together and build strong relations with each other. Each team participant has to contribute to ensure the successful completion of the task. This learning helps them in their workspace too.
Resource Management
When preparing Thai cuisines as per what they have learned from the chef. They are assigned raw materials using which they have to come up with a perfect dish. This helps them understand the best way to manage limited resources.
Project Management
This activity also gives lessons in project management to the team. Preparing a dish from scratch is nothing less than a project and its successful completion gives them a life lesson in handling managing and completing complicated projects.
Dedication
The task assigned to them requires their whole-hearted dedication to details and prepare Thai cuisines such that it brings them the desired results. This learning to stay dedicated to the task assigned to them help them in their job setting as well.
Individual Responsibility
Though it is a team activity, each team member has to contribute to get the final result. The tasks are divided amongst team participants and each of them is responsible for the task assigned to him.
