This is an upgraded version of the Ball and Ring Activity where teams are required to use their wit to complete the challenge with speed and without fault.
Each team has a common loading point and individual goal corners. Every goal corner in turn has scoring parameters that must be met at the time of delivery. Any default will lead to negative points or disqualification from the game.
The activity is aimed at teams who have challenging goals to meet at their workplace. The activity teaches them to work well under stress.
Trebound’s Multiball Ring Activity aims to polish the following competencies:
In order to achieve the goals set, teams will have to communicate well to be able to delegate jobs and get the job done. At the end of the activity, team members will be able to identify where there were communication gaps and what can be done to improvise the same.
Successful implementation of this activity requires almost perfect coordination among all team members. Any error can lead to disqualification. This simulated environment will help employees relate workplace scenarios and analyse the role coordination plays in the success of a group.
This activity is all about speed. Employees will have to accomplish challenging goals in time, without compromising on quality – a work-life scenario simulated to incorporate a fun factor for better experience and learning.
In this activity, teams will have to complete defined tasks by making use of the resources allocated to them. Since they do not have the option of procuring more resources, they will learn of art of effective resource management.
Challenging goals to achieve within a set time period, without compromise on quality and processes; combined with the pressure of competing with equally able competitors makes for enough stress in a simulated business environment. In such a situation, teams will be able to analyse and understand the impact stress has on performance, thus helping them learn how to manage it well.
